Jeffrey S. Klare - CEO

Jeffrey S. Klare is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Hire Disability Solutions, LLC an employment consulting company assisting corporations and organizations in the management of inclusion and diversity in the workplace. Mr. Klare serves as a consultant to many of the Fortune 1000 on the issue of Disabilities and Employment.

Prior to founding Hire Disability Solutions LLC, Jeffrey Klare spent over 20 years in Human Resources. Mr. Klare has been instrumental in creating job opportunities for men and women left out of the world of work due to a disability or life direction. Mr. Klare was an Executive Board Member of the President's Committee on the Employment of People With Disabilities and former Chairperson of the New York State Rehabilitation Council and past Chair of the Employment Committee. He also Chairs the New York State Business Leadership Network and has been Chairperson of The New York State Disability Mentoring Day Committee; in addition to these accomplishments he served as Principal for a day in 1999 and 2000 for the NYC School System working with children with special needs.

Mr. Klare has lectured on issues regarding employment and disabilities to organizations ranging from Columbia School of Business in New York to Creative Employment Options in Iowa. He has also appeared on the Weekend Today Show and has been featured in Fortune Magazine, Crain's New York Business, The Daily News, The Bergen Record and Bloomberg Radio.

Nicholas Ruggiero, Esq. – President & General Counsel

Nick is the President & General Counsel for Hire Disability Solutions. He is a 1983 cum laude graduate of Seton Hall University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a 1992 graduate of Capital University School of Law, where he served as Executive Business Editor of Law Review and received the American Jurisprudence Award in Legal Writing. Professionally, Nick has served as an Assistant Prosecutor, a Deputy Attorney General and engaged in private practice involving civil and criminal litigation. He successfully argued three times before the New Jersey Supreme Court and numerous times before the Appellate Division. Nick has also successfully tried a countless number of jury trials. Nick currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the New Jersey Metro Multiple Sclerosis Society and is a member of Federal and State Bars of New Jersey and the District of Columbia. Nick’s passion is the advancement of opportunities for the disabled.

Noritza Perito - Chief Operating Officer

Noritza Perito is the Chief Operating Officer for Hire Disability Solutions. Her current assignment is at The MOSAIC Center for Disability Employment at Bergen Community College in The Meadowlands as the Director of Business Development. Noritza’s passion for making a difference in the lives of men and women with disabilities is a personal one.

Noritza began her career studying Fashion Merchandising and Marketing at Taylor Business Institute in New Jersey, after receiving her degree she spent the next fifteen years at Westwood Inc., a large textile manufacturer as Director of Product Management. Noritza went on to become the company's Vice-President for Client Relations. Noritza then moved on and spent the last eight years as Director of Customer Services for Richloom Fabrics Group in NYC. Noritza is committed to increasing employment opportunities for this community and this project.
